All orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx depending on weight and cost. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Although most items are shipped within 2 business days, some items may be out of stock or back-ordered. In this case, you will be notified of the delay and the item will shipped as soon as it is available. Out of stock items usually ship 7-14 business days from when the order was placed. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified and the transaction will not proceed without your approval. We ship to the continental U.S. and Canada. We will consider international shipments only if paying with PAYPAL and using a verified address. Please email us for approval and shipping rates. We will ship international orders with PAYPAL VERIFIED accounts only.

Complete your order up until the shipping page. Send us an email that you would like to pay with PAYPAL. We will contact you with the USPS charge for the weight of your package and let you know what the payment total will be.

Oversize and Bulk Product Shipments. ***NO rods will be shipped to international customers***

Certain products due to extreme size, quantity or weight do not qualify for "free shipping". This most often occurs with one-piece fishing rods that exceed 108 inches in length or very heavy or bulky items. *Please note that an item may not include information about additional shipping charges on the product description page. If you purchase an item that requires additional shipping fees one of our staff members will contact you to discuss additional charges. You will be given the option to accept or decline the additional charges. If declined the order will automatically be canceled and the credit will be put on your credit card.

During a free shipping promotion your items will be shipped ground unless another form of shipment is required. You will be charged for any difference in shipping cost.

Fishing Rods are shipped in a triangle tube and because of their ackward shape, an extra charge of $10.00 applies. Rods ship FEDEX or UPS.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our primary goal but in the event you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item for the purchase price within 30 days of shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance/discontinued product. If you have received a product that you feel is defective, please contact us for return instructions. Certain warranties require that the product be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

SALES TAX

Texas Bass Tackle is required by law to charge Texas residents sales tax of 8.25% on merchandise and shipping.

PRIVACY

Texas Bass Tackle does not sell your personal information (email address, home address and phone number) to other companies. Your personal information is only requested at payment and is necessary when paying with a credit card to authorize the transaction. Your email is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
